1. Ensuring service operation: ensuring that login, security verification, and core platform functions operate correctly;

3. Analysis and optimisation: understanding how users interact with the platform in order to optimise functionality and performance;
4. Security protection: detecting abnormal access behaviour and preventing CSRF attacks and fraud.

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of the platform and cannot be disabled. They are primarily used to:

• maintain your login session (session cookies);
• prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF tokens);
• verify your identity during the secure login process.

These cookies do not collect personal data that could be used for marketing purposes.

3.2 Performance / Analytics Cookies

These cookies collect information about how users interact with the platform (such as visit frequency, feature usage paths, and error rates). All data is aggregated and anonymised and does not contain any personally identifiable information. Their uses include:

• measuring page views and feature click-through counts;
• identifying performance bottlenecks and user experience issues;
• optimising page load speed and feature layout.

3.3 Functionality Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences to provide a more personalised experience:

• language preference (Chinese / English);
• interface theme settings (such as font size);
• recently viewed items and documents.

Information from these cookies is not used to influence your experience on other websites.

3.4 Marketing / Advertising Cookies

We do not deploy cookies of this type. Super Route does not use advertising networks, does not engage in advertising tracking, and does not serve targeted advertising to users through cookies. This position will not change as a result of any commercial partnership.

Note: Cookie configurations for Enterprise private deployment environments may differ; refer to the actual deployment documentation.

Super Route currently uses its own self-hosted analytics system to collect anonymised usage statistics and does not rely on third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).

If we introduce third-party services and corresponding cookies in the future, we will update the cookie list on this page and notify you through platform notifications at the time of the change.

6.1 Browser Settings

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Below are cookie management instructions for the major browsers:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies

6.2 Impact of Rejecting Cookies

If you choose to reject or delete cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: cannot be rejected. If blocked, you will be unable to log in and use the platform's core features normally.
• Performance / Analytics Cookies: if rejected, we will be unable to collect anonymised usage statistics, which may affect the speed of feature optimisation, but will not affect the use of core services.
• Functionality Cookies: if rejected, your language and interface preferences will not be remembered, and you will need to reset them on each visit.

6.3 Preference Center

We are developing a Cookie Preference Center, which will allow you to manage cookie consent by category directly within the platform. Until the Preference Center is launched, please manage cookies through your browser settings.

Some browsers support the "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal, which tells websites that the user does not wish to be tracked. Because there is currently no unified industry standard defining the meaning of and how to respond to DNT signals, Super Route does not currently respond to DNT signals.

However, we commit to not using marketing / advertising cookies, not performing cross-site tracking, and always anonymising analytics data. Therefore, even without responding to DNT signals, your privacy remains fully protected.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our use of cookies or in applicable laws and regulations. The updated version will be published on this page and the "last updated" date will be revised accordingly.

If non-strictly-necessary cookies are added or changed, we will notify you in advance through platform notifications or email.
